摘要
本文在对信息服务业的内容以及对我国信息服务业发展的政策进行了概述的基础上，运用大量最新数据，详细地讨论了我国新兴信息服务业（包括软件服务业、信息处理业、信息提供业和现代咨询业）的发展现状，并对其在发展中存在的诸如缺乏统一调控机制，投资力度不大、结构不合理，信息资源配置失调等问题进行了分析。最后，作者就我国新兴信息服务业的进一步发展，在管理、投资、政策。
Abstract On the basis of a brief survey of the content of the information service industry and China's policy towards it, the authors go into a detailed discussion of the present condition of the developing information service industry in China (including the software industry, information processing industry, information supplying industry and contemporary consultation industry) with the help of the latest figures. The authors analyze the existing problems in the development of China's information service industry and put forward some feasible suggestions in principle for dealing with these problems.
