非同期多发原发性肺癌放化疗后诱发白血病1例 被引量：1

摘要 引言非同期多发原发性肺癌病例报道少见,放化疗后诱导新类型肿瘤更罕有报道,本文报道1例非同期多发原发性肺癌放化疗后诱发白血病的病例,并结合病例查阅相关文献,初步探讨其发病机制。1病例资料患者,男,64岁。吸烟30余年,60支/天。2010年5月查体发现左下肺肿物,无咳嗽咳痰,胸部CT提示左肺下叶后段片状高密度影,边缘不整,边界清楚,纵隔内见多个小淋巴结影。
