摘要
研究了喷射沉积8009Al/SiCp复合材料楔形压制致密化规律,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、密度和硬度测试等手段研究了楔形压制过程中复合材料致密化机理。结果表明,多孔复合材料在楔形压制过程中,同时存在致密化和塑性变形两种现象,压制初期主要是致密化;多孔坯不同位置的致密度存在差异且表面摩擦力对致密化有影响;复合材料塑性变形过程中,孔洞及团聚的碳化硅粉末随基体金属的塑性流动得到破碎与分散。
Densification regularity of spray deposited 8009Al/SiCp composites during wedge pressing was investigated.The densification mechanism of composites was studied using optical microscope(OM),scanning electronic microscope(SEM),density measurement and Brinell hardness testing.The results show that the composites exhibited the combination phenomena of densification and plastic deformation during wedge pressing,and the densification played a major role at the early stage.The density varied at different locations and the surface friction effected densification process.Pores and the aggregated SiC particles are broken and dispersed with matrix metal flow during the wedge pressing.
