摘要
本文对B型换气扇空气性能试验装置的孔板的设计进行了研究,提出与零静压工况点准确对应或者与非零静压工况点最靠近的孔板节流孔径的计算方法。以该设计的孔板测量管道排气扇和外排式吸油烟机的风量,可免除多工况点测量插值,因而提高测量精确度且可减少工作量。给出了计算程序和实例。
We've studied the design about the testing installation for air performance of type B ventilating fan.Therefore,we provide calculation method about orifice diameter accurately corresponding of zero static pressure point and the most approaches orifice diameter of Non zero static pressure point.By this design,we can be exempted from multi point measurement interpolation and improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the burden of work When measuring airflow about free inlet ventilating fan and air-extraction range hood.The program and examples are given.
