摘要
预制管片衬砌是TBM掘进机施工很重要的一道工序,尤其是对于水工隧洞来讲,衬砌的砌筑质量以及衬砌本身的质量直接关系到整个隧洞使用,因此管片生产的质量控制管理也是TBM施工中很重要的一部分。文中结合实际工作从生产工艺、质量保证体系和质量控制、工序质量控制等方面简述了预制管片的生产质量控制。
The lining of precast concrete segments is a very important process of a tunnel constructed by the TBM, especially for a hydraulic tunnel. The quality of manufacturing the segment and the quality to install it in a tunnel are directively related to the operation of the whole tunnel. Therefore, how to control and to manage the quality of manufacting the segment are also an important part in tunnel construction. In this paper, to combine with the actual construction from several aspects including production technique, quality ensure system, quality control and process quality control, the quality control of manufacturing precast segments is briefly introduced.
