1,1-二苯基乙烯存在下丙烯酸丁酯的聚合机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 在不同的1,1-二苯基乙烯(DPE)用量下,于60℃和80℃分别合成了聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)的低聚物,并通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁氢谱(1H-NMR)和电喷雾电离飞行时间质谱(ESI-QTOF-MS)对PBA聚合物进行表征。结果表明,DPE参与了丙烯酸丁酯的反应,并以二苯基取代的形式结合到聚合物链中;PBA聚合物中有且只有1个DPE单元,并没有发现半醌式结构的聚合物;含有1个DPE单元的聚合物结构不随DPE用量以及反应温度的变化而发生改变。 Poly( n-butyl acrylate)( PBA) oligomers have been synthesized in the presence of 1,1-diphenylethylene( DPE) at 60 and 80 ℃. The PBA oligomers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography( GPC), 1H-NMR and electrospray-ionization quadrupolar time-of-flight mass spectrometry( ESI-QTOF-MS). The results indicated that DPE was incorporated into the PBA macromolecular chains,and each PBA oligomer chain had only one DPE unit. The variation of the dosage amount of DPE and polymerization temperature had no influence on the structure of the final polymer product.
