摘要
针对仿组织材料超声扫描数据,给出了一种基于各向异性扩散滤波的三维重建方法。该方法先对超声扫描数据进行二维成像,然后应用各向异性扩散滤波方法根据图像的内容采取不同的平滑策略对二维图像进行滤波处理,可以提取质量较好的轮廓。运用此方法对仿组织材料的超声数据进行处理,并采用等值面绘制的方法完成仿组织材料的三维重建和三维显示,实验结果表明各向异性扩散滤波在超声扫描数据三维重建中具有较好的效果。
This paper presents a three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm for ultrasound scanning data of tissue mimicking material(TMM) samples based on an anisotropic diffusion filter.Firstly,a series of two-dimensional(2D) images of a TMM sample is obtained from ultrasonic scanned data.Secondly,these 2D images are smoothed using an anisotropic diffusion filter in which different smoothing strategies are employed in the different image areas.It was found that the contours are well extracted.Using the method to process the data for TMM samples and applying the iso-surface rendering method,three-dimensional images of TMM samples and three-dimensional displays were reconstructed.The experimental results showed that the anisotropic diffusion filter is very effective in the three-dimensional reconstruction of ultrasound scanned data.
