摘要
从高等艺术设计教育生存态势的分析入手,探究高等艺术设计教育在学科体系构架、专业人才配置、人才培养模式等方面存在的问题,并提出了围绕专业学科建设、市场人才调控、创新实践教育以及职业发展指导来谋划高等艺术设计教育的新格局,以提高艺术设计人才发展效能和核心竞争力。
This paper analyzes the problems faced by higher education in Art & Design in the aspects of discipline construction,allocation of human resources,and the modes of talent training.With the intention of achieving effective and competitive higher education in Art Design,this paper suggests that a new strategy and framework should be designed with the following criteria at the center:discipline construction,regulation of talent market,innovation,and vocational development.
