摘要
用熔融纺丝法成功制备了PET/PP-g-MAH/Er2O3纤维材料,采用DSC、FTIR研究Er2O3对PET的结构性能影响,通过检测混合样品的熔融指数、拉伸强度研究Er2O3对PET的力学性能影响。结果表明:当Er2O3的添加量为4 phr时,PET/PP-g-MAH/Er2O3初生纤维强度提高了10%,同时熔融温度降低,熔体流动速率提高。
PET/PP-g-MAH/Er2O3fiber materials were successfully prepared through melting extrusion.The research focused on the structure and performance characterized by DSC, FTIR; study on the effects of Er2O3modified PET on the mechanical properties by detection melt index and tensile strength of composite samples. The results showed that the strength were improved 10% as the content of Er2O3reach 4 phr. At the same time, the melting temperature was reduced, and the melt flow rate increased.
