摘要
美国著名作家帕克·帕尔默的著作《教学勇气——漫步教师心灵》中指出,真正好的教学不能降低到技术层面,真正好的教学来自于教师的自身认同与自身完整。对于当今急功近利、技术优势的社会,如何解决忽视学生作为人之教学问题,《教学勇气》无疑给教师以深刻的启迪。本研究基于教师心灵的历史背景和现代困惑,阐述教师心灵的人师之教学理念与教学作用机理,挖掘其教学思想的独特性;同时,启示我们寻求现代教学中心灵之缺失的解决路径,在于彰显教师心灵的人师之生命本质。
The famous American writer,Parke Palmer pointed out in his book the Courage to Teach-Exploring the Inner Landscape of a Teacher's Life that the really good teaching can not be reduced to the technical level, the really good teaching comes from the teacher's own identity and his integrity. For today's society of the instant success and technological advantage, his article gives teachers a profound inspiration beyond doubt as how to solve the teaching problem of ignoring the students' souls. Based on the historical background and modern teaching confusion, the article explores the teaching ideas and teaching mechanism of teacher' s soul; at the same time, the article revealed that the solving path of the soul lack in modern teaching is to display the life essence of teacher's inner landscape.
