摘要
文章基于以往学者的研究分析,结合目前我国研究型大学本科自主招生实践中存在的问题,探索和验证研究型大学本科自主招生标准素质模型。研究方法主要包括:文献综述法、访谈法、问卷调查法等。研究发现,研究型大学本科自主招生标准素质模型主要包括:品德、知识、能力、情绪智力、批判性思维、自主学习、身心健康七个素质维度。并且该素质模型对学生绩效具有显著正向影响作用。在此基础上,提出建立基于招生标准素质模型的研究型大学本科自主招生体系,帮助提高研究型大学本科招生工作绩效。
based on the literature and the problems of Undergraduate Admissions, the research explored and confirmed the competency model of Undergraduate Admissions for research universities. The research methods include literature review, interview, and questionnaire. The research found that the competency model includes the seven factors as moral character, knowledge, ability, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, independent learning and mental health.It also indicate that the competency model can positively influence the performance of students. The research provides some suggestions about the independent Undergraduate Admissions system so as to improve its performance.
