卡维地洛治疗扩心病心力衰竭临床观察与分析

摘要 目的观察国产卡维地洛(络德)治疗扩心病的疗效。方法选择心功能2～3级的患者,心功能4级经强心利尿扩张血管等治疗后,心功能能达到3级时再给予卡维地洛治疗,除外:哮喘、慢性喘息型支气管炎、二度以上传导阻滞、严重心动过缓、肝肾功能不全等。服用卡维地洛前及服后12周分别作超声心动图,观察用药前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)及E/A的变化。结果用药前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)及E/A明显增加(P<0.01),临床总有效率81.6%。结论国产卡维地洛(络德)治疗扩心病心衰,在常规治疗的基础上能进一步改善心功能,提高生活质量,改善愈后。
