摘要
奥林匹克运动传入中国的早期，由于其与中国传统文化有诸多相悖之处而遭到了排斥和抵制。伴随着社会文化的巨大进步、奥林匹克运动的发展壮大和中国社会的需求，在我国重返奥林匹克大家庭和改革开放大潮的促进下，奥林匹克运动与中国体育及其社会文化背景呈现出全面融合的状况，这一变化对中国自身的发展和奥匹克运动的发展都有极为重要的意义。
During the period when the Olympic movement was first introduced to China,it had encountered exclusion and resistence due to its serious clashment with the traditional Chinese culture. However,accompanying by the grat progress of society and culture,with the development of the Olympic movement,and promoted by China's return to the Olympic family and China's policy of reform and openning up,an all-round integration of the Olympic Movement with China's sports and her social-cultural background was formed.This change was extremely important for the development of both China herself and the Olympic movement.
