摘要
由于教育的深化发展 ,旧有的英语能力评定机制的许多弊端已经造成了消极的制约和误导 ,影响了素质教育的全面展开。本文根据当前外语教学的现状以及测试研究与实践情况 ,论述了建立和完善新的英语能力评定机制 ,将鼓励和激励机制引入学生成绩评定体系的必要性以及各种测试模式的功用和目的。
There are so many defects in the present system of the English language testing which prevents the full development of quality-oriented education. Based on the present state of ELT and the research on the testing criteria ,this paper discusses the necessity of setting up a new system of language testing as well as the stimulating function and purpose of such a system in practice.
