法国是世界经济大国之一,但大而不强。 法国现正处在周期性与结构性生产过剩的双重危机之下,困难不少。法现存在三大问题:国内市场日窄,外销竞争力不足;保持法郎强币地位有困难;农业经营分散,规模、技术不如人,成本也高。 新政府的经济纲领:缓解失业是首要任务;捉高低收入者的收入;国家增收节支;保持法郎稳定;农业生产上,继承前政府的政策;对外经济关系,强调向亚洲推进。
France is one of the world's e-
eopomic powers, though in size but not in strength.
At present France is confronted with dual crisis of both cyclical and structural over-production and situated in a difficult situation. There are three major economic problems: 1) domestic market is getting smaller and its competitiveness for export is not strong; 2) keeping French franc strong is not easy; and 3) agricultural management is decentralized, with the scale and technology not competitive enough and the cost high.
The new government pursues the following approaches; the reduction of unemployment is a primary task; increase salaries for those low-income earners; increase revenues and cut down state expenses; keep franc stable; continue agricultural policy of the previous government ; and pursue an active Asia policy in its economic relations abroad.
