摘要
本文在给出制造系统生产管理概念的基础上,讨论了决策点在制造系统生产管理中的地位和作用;通过制造系统生产管理的过程模型系统地分析了制造系统生产管理的主要决策点,有助于从理论上进一步研究制造系统的决策,从而推动制造系统生产管理理论和实践的发展。
On the basis of the concepts of production management in manufacturing system.the paper discusses the role and function of the decision sets in the system and investigates,systematically,the main decision sets in view of the process model of the management,which will benefit the development of the relevant theory and practice as well.
