沟通是绩效管理过程中的关键因子,持续的沟通贯穿于绩效管理的各个环节,本文将就绩效反馈阶段的沟通存在的障碍及解决方法进行探讨。
Communication is the key factor of the performance management process,continuous communication throughout the performance management each section.The communication barriers in performance feedback stage and solutions are discussed in this paper.
