摘要
目的:探讨围绝经期功血应用妈富隆和米非司酮两种药物治疗后临床效果对比。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年8月-2013年9月期间因围绝经期功血进行刮宫治疗性88例,按计划分为2组,每组44例,分别在刮宫后予以妈富隆(观察组)和米非司酮(对照组)进行治疗,比较2组患者在用药后止血时间、不良反应以及恢复情况。结果:观察组48小时内止血率为75%,明显高于对照组45.5%,大于96小时止血率为0,明显低于对照组13.6%;发生乳胀不良反应为2.3%,明显低于对照组9.2%;总不良反应为9.2%,明显低于对照组31.8%;3个月后月经恢复正常占90.9%,显著高于对照组50%;性激素FSH浓度10.2±2.4,显著高于对照组7.2±1.8。结论:妈富隆对于围绝经期功血刮宫后治疗效果显著,止血时间较短,不良反应少,恢复情况可观,适合推广使用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect contrast after the drug therapy of the application of marvelon and mifepristone during the perimenopausal period with dysfunctional uterine bleeding .Methods:Retrospectively analyze the 88 female patients of our hospital with curettage treatment because of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during the perimenopausal period from August , 2012 to September , 2013 ,divided into two groups as planned ,44 each group , giving the treatment of marvelon(observation group) and mifepristone(control group) respectively after curettage, comparing the two -group fe-male patients''hemostatic time 、adverse reaction and recovery after using the medicine .Results:The hemostatic rate of ob-servation group is 75%within 48 hours, obviously higher than the control group , 45.5%, the hemostatic rate of observa-tion group(more than 96 hours) is 0, obviously lower than the control group , 13.6%;the adverse reaction of breast disten-sion is 2.3%,obviously lower than the control group ,9.2%;the total adverse reaction is 9.2%, obviously lower than the control group ,31 .8%;the rate of menstruation backing to normal is 90 .9% after three months , obviously higher than the control group,50%;the FSH concentration of the sex hormones is 10.2 ±2.4,obviously higher than the control group , 7.2 ±1.8.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of marvelon is remarkable to post-curettage during perimenopausal period with dysfunctional uterine bleeding , the haemostasis time is relatively short , the adverse reaction is few , the recovery is consid-erable, suitable for popularizing .
