摘要
根据风机叶片分体式安装需求,结合安装机械手功能,采用基于图像识别的叶片根部螺栓对中方案,提出了质心重合算法及对齐安装平面算法,该算法克服了圆心及半径识别方法计算量大、抗噪声能力差等缺点,并设计实验验证了该系统的可行性和稳定性,为大型风电叶片的分体式安装提供方案。
According to the demand of blade mounting, this paper proposed a new method which is achieved by im-age recognition with reference to the mounting manipulator. And the approach of coincidence of center and the align-ment of mounting plane is better than the identification of the center and radius, which can save calculation time and resist the noise from environment. The experiments verify the feasibility and stability of the system, which provide a solution for large wind turbine blade installation.
