摘要
大学生在就业权益保障中遇到一些问题，例如不签订劳动合同、劳动合同不符合《劳动法》的规范等现实问题。本文对于大学生就业权益保障提出建议，以期能够提高大学生的权益保障意识、维护大学生的就业权益，并给有关部门提供一些建议、措施和方法。
Students' rights protection in employment encountered some practical problems, such as not sign labor contracts, labor contracts do not meet the"Labor Law"norms and other practical problems. This protection of employment rights for college students to make recommendations with a view to improving the students' awareness of rights protection, safeguar-ding employment interests of students, and give some advice to the authorities, measures and methods.
