摘要
辅导员是高等学校学生思想政治教育和管理工作的主力军，面对90后的大学生，他们的性格和思想已经大大地有别于已经身为社会中坚力量的80后，辅导员的教育和管理工作也应与时俱进。同时，作为兼有理工医三大学科的学院，更要探索自身管理的新模式，主要应以调动学生的积极性，来实现有效管理，从而达到培养合格的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的目的。
