摘要
德国 F+U职业教育模式是德国职业教育的一种。它教学方面的科学性和先进性对我国的高职教育具有一定的指导意义。我国高职教育必须在制度的保障下，加大企业参与力度，建立合理的实训场所，结合自己的国情，把理论学习与实际操作紧密结合，发展有中国特色的职业教育。
German F+U vocational education mode is a model of German vocational education. Its science and advanced characteristics in teaching has with some guiding significance to China's vocational education. Higher education must be un-der our protection system, increase enterprises to participate in efforts to establish a rational training place, combined with their own national conditions, the theoretical study and practical closely, the development of vocational education with Chin-ese characteristics.
