摘要
培训是人力资源开发的重要途径。越来越多的企业意识到培训的重要性,"投资于培训"已成为许多大企业投资的重点。以上海某银行为研究对象进行问卷调查,采用实证研究的方法,对影响银行培训效果的因素进行调查统计和分析,并依据分析结果对提升培训效果给出几点意见。
Training is an important approach to human resource development. More and more enterprises realize the impor-tance of training,"investing in training"has become the focus of many large corporate investment. A questionnaire survey was conducted in Shanghai as the research object of a bank ,adopted the method of empirical analysis and statistical survey factors affecting bank training effect.The results show that organizational factors on the influence of the training effect was the most obvious, followed by training system factors and personal factors.
