摘要
城市因为有了农民工大军的涌入,建设得越来越美丽,但与此同时,农民工在涌入城市的进程中却饱受一系列问题的困扰,这样的境遇使得他们融入城市的速度减缓,在拉动城市消费上的作用不明显。由此,本文作者将从国家层面、社会层面以及农民工自身层面,来浅谈如何增强农民工内心归属感及相关对策分析,希望对于加快农民工市民化步伐,使其成为拉动城市消费的新生力量有推动作用。
Because of the army of migrant workers, the construction of city become more and more beautiful, at the same time the process of migrant workers in cities is plagued by a series of problems.Thus, in this paper, the author will analyse these matter from three aspects:the nation, society and migrant workers themselves to discuss how to increase their own level of inner sense of belonging. In fact, the author hope to speed up the pace of urbanization of rural migrant workers, and make them to become a pull that can boost the new forces of urban consumption.
