摘要
教师工资的非均衡性特征明显是我国当代教师工资制度实施中所出现的问题之一.本文首先描述教师工资非均衡性这种现象,然后具体说明该现象对社会、学校及教师的不利影响,最后简单地提出改善该问题的建议.
Non-equilibrium characteristic of teachers' salaries is clearly one of the problems in contemporary teacher salary system implemented in our country. This paper first describes the phenomenon of non-equilibrium wages of teachers, and then specifies the phenomenon adversely affected society, schools and teachers for the final simple suggestions for improvement of the problem.
