摘要
高职教育越来越受到各国政府的重视,深化高等职业教育改革,是顺应现如今我国对高职人才需求的趋势所向.本文以辽宁省的高等职业教育现状和问题分析为例,提出了辽宁省高职教育在体制管理、专业设置、课程设置、教学管理以及师资队伍这些方面的不足,同时分析原因,并有针对性地提出了关于深化高等职业教育改革的措施.
Vocational education is more and more intentioned of governments, and deepening the reform of higher vocational education is the trend to follow China's demand for vocational talent. In this paper, take Liaoning Higher Vocational Education status and problem analysis for example, made the problems in Liaoning Higher Vocational Education in institutional management, professional setting, curriculum, teaching management and teaching staff these areas, and to analyze the reasons, and targeted presented the countermeasures on deepening the reform of higher vocational education.
