摘要
本文以南京航空航天大学研究生党支部为研究对象,探讨党支部建设工作对研究生教育的作用,本着“以人为本,德育为先”的思想提出了党支部建设的新思路,通过校际合作、师生互动等方式,以“三全育人”的实践模式摸索出适应时代发展的党支部建设新方法.
In this paper, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics graduate student branch for the study, to explore the role of graduate education branch of the construction work, the spirit of 'people-oriented, moral education first' thinking put forward new ideas branch building through inter-school cooperation, division health interaction, etc., 'three full education' practice mode to adapt to explore the construction of a new branch of the times and methods.
