摘要
本文介绍食品科学与工程专业工厂综合实训设计的理念、思路、目的和框架以及具体实训的内容等,并通过我们的具体实践,培养了学生的分析问题和解决问题的能力,锻炼了实际操作技能,为高校加强实践教学开辟一条新路.
This article describes the food science and engineering plant design comprehensive training concept, idea, purpose and content of the framework as well as specific training, etc., and through our specific practice and train the students to analyze problems and problem-solving skills, practical exercises skills, in order to strengthen the practice of teaching and embark on a new path.
