摘要
家政服务近十年的发展,可以用日新月异来形容,成为媒体的热门话题。然而家政服务却面临着艰难的人员困境。人才匮乏,是目前市场具备、行业形态初步形成后的首要问题。本该为行业输送人才的家政服务教育也是乏有生源。家政是不是根本不具备聚人的潜力,本文对此从职业吸引的角度入手,发现根本症结在于家政服务职业声望不够高,导致缺乏社会号召力,也就引起上述问题。对此前因后果进行详尽分析后,提出了促进家政服务职业声望的一些想法,以供领域内外关心家政服务发展的人士一同探讨。
