摘要
采用单因素法进行实验,得到各切削参数对表面质量的影响程度。再结合正交实验,对结果进行极差计算,得到极差分析表。通过对比分析,进一步确定各切削参数对表面质量的影响程度,从而得出逆铣和顺铣时的较优参数组合,为生产实践提供参考。
Experiment to obtain the degree of influence of each parameter on the cutting surface quality single-factor method.Combined with orthogonal experiment, the results were very poor calculation, the range analysis tables. Through comparative analysis, to further determine the extent of cutting parameters influence on surface quality, to arrive at the optimum combination of parameters when milling rolls, to provide a reference for the production practices.
