摘要
越轨行为通常指违背社会规范,破坏社会秩序的反社会行为。近些年,随着我国高等职业教育的发展和高职院校的扩招,一部分高职学生的越轨行为已经成为高职院校管理工作中的重中之重。本文结合高职教育和高职学生的特点,从社会标签理论的视角分析部分高职生越轨行为的成因和心理,并提供相应的对策思考。
Deviant behavior usually refers to violate social norms, undermine social order antisocial behavior. In recent years, with enrollment growth and vocational colleges of higher vocational education, vocational students as part of the man-agement of deviant behavior have become a top priority in vocational colleges. In this paper, vocational education and voca-tional characteristics of students, from the perspective of social labeling theory analysis section vocational students and psy-chological causes of deviant behavior, and provide appropriate countermeasures.
