摘要
农村、农民、农业问题归纳成为"三农问题",它有着悠久的历史,并且集政治和经济问题于一身。三农问题关系国计民生,关系国家稳定,如何更快更好的解决三农问题则是各有见地,触及根本性问题并不明显。"三农"兴衰,人人有责。文章立足于"三农"问题产生的根源,分析成因,结合实际提出解决对策,以为相关领域提供可借鉴意见。
Village , farmer, agriculture are summarized become "three rural issues", which has a long history, and integrate the political and economic issues into a whole. Three rural issues are related to the people's livelihood and the national stability. How to solve rural problems faster and better is their own insightful, touching of the fundamental problem is not obvious. Its rise and fall is everyone's responsibility. The article analyses the causes based on its source and raises the solutions in combination with the practice, so as to provide reference for the related fields.
