摘要
本文分析了湖北电力调度交换网的现状及问题,讨论了调度软交换容灾系统的建设原则及实现。以"省为地备、地为县备"的容灾机制建立调度软交换容灾系统,从而提高调度交换网络的整体安全性。
This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the dispatching exchange network in Hubei power grid,and discusses the construction principles and implementation of the electric power dispatcher softswitch disaster recovery systems.Based on the principle of 'province prepare for prefecture,prefecture prepare for county',the electric power dispatcher softswitch disaster recovery systems are established,which improves the overall security of dispatching exchange network.
