内皮细胞微粒与糖尿病血管病变 被引量:1

摘要 内皮细胞在活化、损伤和(或)凋亡时,会向细胞外释放内皮细胞微粒(endothelial microparticle,EMP),在多种病理状态下,如冠心病、糖尿病等都有明显增加。EMP有促凝、促炎症和改变血管功能的作用,是反映内皮细胞功能的一种新型标记物。EMP在糖尿病血管病变过程中具有重要作用,如促炎症反应、内皮损伤、血栓形成、肾素-血管紧张素系统激活等,而高血压、吸烟等致病因素,可导致外周血EMP水平进一步升高,加重血管病变。EMP应用于临床,有望成为反映糖尿病血管病变的标志物之一。
