摘要
随着信息技术和通信技术飞速发展,手机电视已经成为提供新型娱乐方式的移动多媒体终端。本文结合国内外手机电视业务的发展现状,从目前手机电视业务存在的问题入手,对轮播模式下手机电视内容和品牌栏目的构建策略进行研究,提出了两种广电部门和移动运营商联合共建的运营策略,以期对手机电视的良性发展提供有益参考。
With the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, Mobile TV has become mobile multimedia terminal which provides new entertainment style. This paper combines with the development status of Mobile TV business across abroad, starts from the current problem of Mobile TV business, and studies on the building strategy of Mobile TV content and brand program under the carousel mode. Two kinds of operate strategy which needs co-building of radio and television sector and mobile operators were provided useful reference for future development of Mobile TV.
