本文试图通过考察发达市场经济体美国、欧盟和日本的消费品安全法律制度,归纳出消费品安全领域具有共通性的市场机制、司法原则和面向市场的监管措施,为完善我国产品质量安全法治体系提供理论参考和启示。
By investigating consumer product safety legal mechanism on consumer products safety in developed market economies, such as the USA, EU and Japan, this essay tries to summarize the general market mechanism, legal principle, and market-oriented regulatory measures in the field of consumer product safety, providing theoretical reference and inspiration to improve the legal system of product quality and safety in China.
