本文从分析创新人才情感智商培养的必要性入手 ,阐述了创新人才情感智商的内涵与作用 。
This text analyzes the necessity of forstering the emotion intelligence quotient of the creative talented person.It expatiates on the content and the function of the emotion intelligence quotient.Then puts forward the method of training the emotion intelligence quotient of the creative talented person in the high school.
