特高压直流测量电压异常分析与电压控制逻辑优化 被引量:5

摘要 向家坝-上海±800kV特高压直流输电示范工程自投运以来,两端换流站多次发生直流分压器故障,导致直流系统测量电压异常扰动,其中复龙换流站典型异常情况为直流测量电压突然从800kV上升至1 500kV及以上,直流电流及功率突降至0,严重影响了特高压直流系统的安全稳定运行。本文通过对典型电压测量异常情况分析,深入研究电压测量异常时直流控制系统中电压控制逻辑的动作行为,提出合理的过电压限制器(OVL)逻辑优化建议,为向上直流及后续特高压直流工程提供改进参考建议。 Since Xiangjiaba-Shanghai ±800kV UHVDC(Ultra High Voltage Direct Current)transmission project was in full commercial operation on July 8,2010,abnormal DC voltage happened to both rectifier station and inverter station for many times during it's normal operation,which seriously influenced the safe and stable operation of UHVDC system and AC power grids in both Sichuan province and Shanghai city.The main case of abnormal DC voltage in rectifier station is discharging in high voltage part of voltage divider leads to abnormal direct voltage in UHVDC system.The direct voltage rises from 800kV to above 1500kV suddenly and both direct current and power fall to zero immediately.By the analysis about typical fault case,this article summarizes the reason about DC voltage's sudden rising at voltage divider's fault at rectifier station,and the following actions of voltage controller in DC control system in UHVDC transmission system,then puts forward proper suggestion on improvement about overvoltage limiter function.It provides the beneficial reference for the improvement of design about control strategy in future UHVDC projects,and also benefits the operation and maintenance about UHVDC converter stations.
