摘要
链接是指使用超文本标志语言编辑包含标记指令的文本文件。设置链接并不会侵犯被链材料版权人的网络传播权。链接作为网络环境下出现的新问题,其本身是个复杂的体系,从立法上来讲,是不可能制定专门的法律来加以规范的,只会将其纳入版权法的范围。
Link refers to using the super version labeled languages to editor the version files which include some labeled instructions. The net spread right of whom possessed the linked materials cannot be infringed by link. As a new problem appears under the net circumstances , link itself is a complicated system. From the viewpoint of legislation, it is impossible to enact an special law to regulate link problems, it can only be protected by the intellectual law.
