摘要
高等教育大众化的发展态势使我国高校德育工作面临着前所未有的形势与挑战 ,如何分析新形势新情况 ,做出积极正确的应对措施 ,直接关系到德育工作能否顺利进行 ,关系到我国人才的培养目标的实现。
The development tendency of popularized higher education moves the moral cultivation in college and universities to an unprecedented situation and stage. How to analyze the new conditions and make proper countermeasures has a direct influence upon the smooth development of moral cultivation and also upon the realization of the aims at talent training.
