摘要
通过加筋圆柱壳理论与有限元方法 ,研究 60 0MW三段式氢冷汽轮发电机定子与机座的强度和振动问题 ,建立三段式机座中的弹簧板、定子及机座模型的依据 ,并对最不利位置的减震弹簧板和定子机座整体的强度问题进行讨论分析 ;另对机座、定子铁芯及定子机座整体的振动进行有限元分析计算 ,并对其结果进行讨论。
The strength and vibration of 600*!MW turbine generator with three-section core was investigated by the theory of stiffness cylindrical and FEAS(finite element analysis system). The reasonable of springs, core and the shell of generator were investigated. The strength problems of spring with the worst locations and the shell of generator have been studied. The vibration problems of the core and shell of generator were investigated by FEAS.
