摘要
应用电流变液 (以下简称ERF)制备了一套模拟无级调速传输系统 ,通过改变传输系统界面设计 ,即通过调整剪切绝缘条与筒壁轴向的夹角 ,在相同结构及尺寸的传输系统上 ,可以实现对ERF传输能力的调控 ,剪切绝缘条与筒壁轴向的夹角愈小 ,输出转速愈大 ;当外加负载增大时 ,应合理地选择外加场强配合 。
An electrorheological(ER) transmission is made to simulate a speed governor. Using the speed governor, the output revolution can be controlled by adjusting the slips on the transmitting boundary. With the increase of the angle between slips and axis of transmitting boundary, the output revolution of the ER speed governor decreases. While applied external load increases, applied field should be increased in order to effectively control the output revolution of the ER speed gorvernor.
