摘要
本文通过回顾近十年来我国科技事业发展的历程,论述了我国科技体制改革的必要性和紧迫性,并且根据党中央关于科技体制改革文件的精神,阐述了我国科技体制改革的方针、政策、内容、要求和意义,指出了这次改革的方向和目标是明确的、坚定的,方法、步骤和措施是谨慎的、灵活的,因而这次科技体制改革必将推动我国社会主义现代化建设事业的高速度发展。
Retrospecting the development of China's science and technology during
the last ten years'the necessity and imminence of the reformation of the
scientific and technological system in China are discussed.According to the
spirit of the documents concerning about the reformation of the scientific and
technological system issued by the Central Committee of Chinese Communist
Party'the general and special policies,content,requirements and significance
for the reformation of China's scientific and technological system are also
expounded.And it is pointed out that the orientation and objective of this
reformation are clear and definite,the methods and steps are careful and flexiale.
So this reformation should promote the development of our socialist modernization
construction at a high speed.
