摘要
指数化投资具有降低交易成本、合理避税和减少管理费用的优势。借鉴发达国家的经验,我国股票市场应强化法制化管理并尝试发行真正的指数基金。
The paper discusses the index-based investment theory, which indicates that investment in securities may enjoy lower
cost, overhead expenses and reasonable tax-evasion. It holds that with the experience of the advanced countries for reference, Chi-
na's securities market should be administered with a sound legal system together with genuine index funds.
