摘要
本文从科学决策需要情报研究出发,讨论了情报研究过程是对客观事物(情报研究对象)由感性认识到理性认识不断深化的过程。这种过程是客观事物移入人脑,再由人脑对移入的信息进行加工和创新的过程。并讨论了理性认识在情报研究中的预象功能、选择功能和抽象功能,进而阐明了学习马克思主义认识论是提高情报研究水平的重要途径。
Information Science 1988,9(4).P. 1-4 From the Viewpoint of Which the Scientific decision-making demands information analysis, this paper discusses that the information analytis is a continuous deepening process of cognition of objective things (the objectives of information analysis, from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge. The process is like that, the objective things enter into human brai-n,then the entered information is processed and the new idea is brought forihy by the brain. It also discusses the predcitive, selective and abstractive function of the rational knowledge in the information analysis. Futhermore, it clarifys that the study of cognitive science of Marx-Leninism is the important channel to raise the level of information analysis.
