摘要
本文分析了我国高等工业管理教育发展的现状,指出了目前存在的问题,并就进一步巩固发展高等工业管理教育事业提出了建议。作者认为,我国的管理教育事业几经挫折后已得到各方面的普遍重视,在良好的环境中健康迅速的发展起来了,现在已初步形成多层次、多渠道的管理人才培养体系。在师资从伍建设、提高教育质量、改善办学条件以及科研等方面都取得了一定的成效,为国家输送了一批急需的管理人才。但是,也存在着不少问题,如有的学校不顾实际可能急于升级、扩大招生规模;管理教育缺乏统一的规划、协调及分工,存在着一定程度的宏观失控现象;对于学科发展的层次配套和各个学科突出重点的关系处理不当;某些院校在保证和提高教学质量方面还存在着一些问题。针对这些,作者提出了若干条有益建议。
In this paper, the current situation of development in higher education of industry management is analyzed, the problems now existed in this line are shown and several proposals for further consolidating and developing the higher education of industrial management are put forward. The author thinks that, after being suffered repeat setbacks, the education of industrial management has been paid common attention to and is being rapidly developed under a good environment, that a system of training various level talents in management has been basically formed; Certain achievements have been made in constructing teaching staff,raising educaticon quality, improving teaching-conditions and scien(?)ific research; a lot of talents in management who are urgently needed for China have been trained. However there are also many problems: some universities are eager to expand scale in management education, which is practically imporsible; there is not unified plan, coordination and division of work in management education; there exists macroscopical out-of-control situation in nome extent; there are some faulties in dealing with the relations between the level coordination and focal points in management education; there are some problems in improving teaching-quality in some universities. Over the problems above-mentioned, some useful proposals are put forward in the paper.
