Reforming the Examination Mode by Separating from Examination

摘要 目的:改革传统的考试模式,提高教学质量。方法:临床医学专业12门临床课程由14所附属和教学医院承担,任课老师不承担命题、阅卷工作,由学院相关教研室高年资老师命题并集体讨论,拟定评分细则并集体阅卷。结果:三个年级学生考试平均及格率93.80%,平均成绩75.65,优良率41.60%。结论:采取考教分离,提高了各医院"双师型"教师授课水平,增加了竞争意识。增强了学生学习的主动性和自觉性,取得了较好的成绩。 Purpose: Reforming the traditional mode of examination improves the quality of instruction. Methods: 12 courses of clinical medicine are taught by 14 affiliated clinical programs and teaching hospitals, the instructors do not assume the responsibilities of creating exams and grading. Instead, the marks are give by senior teachers . They collectively discuss, set grading standards and do the grading. Results: of three grade levels, averaged the passing rate of the students 93.80%, average score is 75.65, students getting supiror grades are 41.60%. Conclusion: Separating instruction from examination has improved the instruction ability of hospital's 'dual-qualified teachers' , increased the sense of competition; enhanced motivation and drive of students, and achieved good results
