摘要
情绪意识是对情绪的识别和描述,是对内在情绪进行认知加工的过程,经历了躯体感觉、行动倾向、单一情绪、复合情绪、超复合情绪五个水平的发展。基于青绪意以的认知发展模烈,情绪意识水平量表能将情绪意识有效操作化。而情绪意识的神经生理和心理模型的提出,中分析与不同水平的情绪意识相关的神经机制。在实证研究方面,临床上情绪意识的研究有有助于分析不同患行的临床特征,并探讨形成机制及影响机制,而正常群体的研究拓展了情绪意以的研究范围,从更积极的角度分析情绪意识的性别差异、效应产生的途径及情绪意能力的培养。
Emotional awareness refers to identification and description of emotion, which is a type of cognitive processing undergoing five levels of transformation, i.e., awareness of bodily sensations, the body in action, individual feelings, blends of feelings, and blends of blends of feelings. Based on the cognitive-developmental theory of emotional awareness, the Levels of Emotional Awareness Scales can effectively measure emotional awareness. Meanwhile, the psychological and neuroanatomical model of emotional awareness initially analyzes the neural mechanism related to different levels of emotional awareness. As to the relevant studies, clinical studies have explored the features of various patients with defects of emotional awareness, and further discussed its formation and influence mechanism. And research in the normal population expands the range of emotional awareness, more positively studying its gender differences, routes of effects and cultivation.
