槲皮素磷酸酯钾对血小板激活时钙流动的影响(英文)

摘要 目的:研究槲皮素磷酸酯钾对血小板激活时钙流动的影响 方法:用荧光钙离子指示剂Fura-2观察槲皮素磷酸酯钾对血小板胞浆游离钙的影响。结果:槲皮素磷酸酯钾明显抑制凝血酶诱导的血小板游离钙的升高,减低细胞外钙内流,对细胞内储钙释放和非特异性钙内渗无影响。结论:抑制钙内流是槲皮素磷酸酯钾抑制血小板激活时胞浆[Ca2+]I 升高和抑制血小板功能的机制。 AIM: To study the effects of PQP on calcium movement of activated platelet METHODS: Using Fura-2 fluorescence technique. RESULTS: PQP inhibited the rise of [Ca2+]i induced by thrombin in platelets. This is because that PQP reduced the influx of extracellular calcium. But PQP had no effect on thrombin-induced internal Ca2+ release from dense tubular system and extracellular calcium non-specific endosnosis. CONCLUSION: The inhibitory effect of PQP on the rise of [Ca2+]i in platelets was mainly due to an inhibition of Ca2+ influx.
