摘要
目的探讨超声引导下射频消融术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效。方法选择2005年1月~2011年1月在我院经临床和超声检查确诊为子宫黏膜下肌瘤120例,将其随机分为超声引导下射频消融术组(观察组)和宫腔镜电切术组(对照组)各60例,观察比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、治疗效果和肌瘤转归等情况。结果手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数观察组优于对照组(t=23.459~31.547,P【0.01)。治疗效果和肌瘤转归情况,两组比较,0型、I型黏膜下肌瘤差异无统计学意义(t=6.357,P】0.05),II型黏膜下肌瘤差异有统计学意义(t=15.431,P【0.01)。结论超声引导下射频消融术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤优于宫腔镜电切术,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、无需住院等优点,并且设备简单,易于掌握。
Objective To discuss the effects of treating submucous myoma by radiofrequency ablation under the ultrasonic guidance. Methods 120patients of uterine myoma were selected between January 2005and January 2011and divided into two groups.Sixty patients received radiofrequency ablation under the ultrasonic guidance(study group),while the other received hysteroscopic surgery as control group.The clinical data of those patients were compared. Results There was significant difference between two groups in the amount of bleeding,the time of operation and the postoperative hospital day(t=23.459~31.547,P<0.01).There was no obvious difference of treatment efficacy and outcome between submucous myoma type 0and type Ⅰ(t=6.357,P>0.05),but there was significant difference between patients with submucous myoma typeⅡ(t=15.431,P<0.01). Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation under the ultrasonic guidance has its advantages in the amount of bleeding, the time of operation and the postoperative hospital day compared to hysteroscopic surgery,and it is more easily to master this technology.
